Amal's kitchen

I am Amal mother of two, graduate of the faculty of medicine and now a retired doctor. Science is what defines me as I fell in love with it since I was a child. Even though I was very dedicated to my work I always found pleasure and comfort in my kitchen. I am a firm believer that we need hobbies in our lives besides our jobs and mine was cooking. After retiring I am now more free to practice my love for cooking and experiment in my new laboratory once again.
